Dimension guide: Sizes refer to one individual strip, not a paired strip. Width is measured across the adhesive mounting face; thickness is the uncompressed height above that face. Larger D profiles require a confirmed cross-section drawing.
Fit must be checked: Profile thickness is not the recommended gap size. Confirm the working gap, compression, closing force and adhesive bond with a sample on the actual surface before ordering. Roll length, tolerances, MOQ and sample availability are confirmed for the selected specification.

Foam Seal Size and Selection Questions
The size is the width across the adhesive mounting face × the uncompressed profile thickness, measured on one individual strip. The 9 × 6 mm and 9 × 7.5 mm D profiles are separate sizes. Dimensions do not refer to the total width of a joined pair.
Do not select a seal by matching its uncompressed thickness directly to the gap. Measure the gap with the door or window closed and check the profile compression, closing force and adhesive bond using a sample. The dimension photo does not establish a guaranteed gap range.
Send a perpendicular cross-section photo with a ruler or a dimensioned drawing, the mounting-face width, uncompressed thickness, closed gap and installation-surface material. Include the required color, roll length and estimated quantity. Larger D profiles require a confirmed cross-section drawing.
