Projects can be reviewed for EPDM, silicone, flexible PVC, TPE/TPV and sponge or foam constructions. Material selection depends on temperature, weather, fluids, compression, movement and required documentation; the material name alone does not establish a universal service range. Send a dimensioned perpendicular cross-section or uncompressed sample, mating-part dimensions, critical tolerances, application and service conditions, material preference, length, quantity, secondary operations and packing requirements. Use the custom-profile RFQ checklist as a reference.

A new cross-section normally requires extrusion tooling; an existing tool may be usable only after its geometry and working dimensions are compared with the application. Tooling scope is confirmed after technical review.
Sample approval is recommended before bulk production. Verify fit, retention, compression or movement, appearance and application-specific performance on the real assembly.
MOQ is quoted by product and project. It changes with material, cross-section, tooling, color, secondary operations, packing and whether the item is an available standard profile or a custom production run.
Timing is confirmed after the drawing, tooling status, material, sample quantity, secondary operations and approval steps are known. Stock-sample availability and custom-tool sampling should not be treated as the same lead time.
Identify function-critical dimensions, tolerances, datum or reference features and the measurement condition. For applicable solid rubber profiles, ISO 3302-1 may be discussed, but the class and project-specific limits must be agreed on the drawing.
Available material and inspection records depend on the product and agreed quality plan. State required certificates, inspection results, sampling frequency and traceability needs during RFQ review.
Cut or coil length, labels, cartons, reels, sets and pallet requirements can be reviewed. Artwork, quantities, packing method and shipment marks should be approved before production.
